Loosing my mind!

Seriously, is it THAT hard to learn the difference between lose and loose?  Loose, moose, goose, caboose. Do you pronounce them Looz, mooz, gooz and cabooz?

It’s a basic spelling concept, guys.  I can understand a typo, it happens, but you do it ALL.THE.GODDAMNED.TIME!

You don’t LOOSE your voice, you LOSE it!

Arghh

Oh, and while you’re at it, can you please learn to punctuate?   Your run-on sentences are driving me nuts!

So… how’s your day been?

I have so many pet annoyances in spelling. LOOSE/LOSE is one of them! As is ‘DINNING TABLE’ and ‘PARKER’ for ‘PARKA’, ‘DRAW’ for ‘DRAWER’.

    Yours in persnicketiness!

I love spelling rants! My latest ‘favourite’ is people who spell phonetically. WTF is walla? Seriously!

    Hi Kerri,

the minimum success guarantee of any information exchange is that both parties understand enough to get by.

It is better when this happens without giving either party the shits.

I can see where you’re coming from.

    Best regards, Andrew

I saw the heading and felt fingernails on a blackboard. Physically felt that cringing pain.

God I hate that. Oh and when someone writes breath instead of BREATHE and brought instead of BOUGHT.

    Does my fucking head in.

But I do love the run on sentence ;)
